I didn't hear him say that at all. I'm interested to know why the international rules allow a ref to change a decision on a suggestion from the 2nd ref when they only have one.

He did say it in reference to an official changing their mind being a mutial infringement. Whether that be one or two officials isnt stated in the rule.

It is a fact
The ref broke the rules which led to the roosters scoring a premiership winning try

“The Raiders had a shit load of chances” line is irrelevant
There’s no limit to amount of chances in a game.

So accepting that the ref breaking the rules actually happened, are you saying that from there the raiders were under no obligation to try and defend?

This is what he said:

Annesley said he hadn't spoken to Cummins in the post-match scramble to watch video replays of the six-again incident, as well as a Luke Keary kick ricocheting off a Roosters trainer's head, with Raiders back-rower Elliott Whitehead in hot pursuit to collect it and race down field. Instead the Roosters were awarded the scrum as the team with the territorial advantage.

"That's an international law of the game called 'mutual infringement' and is not a NRL interpretation," he said.

No, I never said that

The ref is obligated to award a scrum feed to the raiders since there was an mutual infringement

You could argue the roosters where being ripped off .
They had their backs to the ref when he waved his arm for 6 again.
The ref certainly didn’t tell anyone it was 6 again.
They wouldn’t have known.

what if he didn’t change his mind ?
Then they’d be disadvantaged.
Raiders could’ve put on a quick play the ball.
Caught the roosters players out.

Or they could play the whistle. It’s one of the first things you learn playing junior footy.

You know, like the Raiders did.

I'm not a Roosters fan. I do identify as team fluid when the lime green fail machine are playing though
You’re a disgrace. Jumping ship when our club is going through tough times. And jumping on the bandwagon of the top club. What a shithouse thing to do.

All this feigning stupidity Carch.

It’s making you look kind of stupid.
regardless of the arm waving...
Jack should’ve played the whistle.
He got plenty of warning from the ref right in front of him.
A proper 5/8 would’ve been aware of the refs at all times

Yeah my bad I thought he was referring to 6 again. He didn't address that other than to say ultimately the right decision was made.

You said we scored a try and won the comp due to the ref error. That is absolving the raiders of the responsibility to defend.

That is actually a little bit funny
which is surprising, because Dragons fans aren’t known for their sense of humour.
They usually just whinge about how shit their coach is.

Negging might work on the classy ladies at Northies. But I’m not really into it.

Refs don't blow the whistle when making a six again decision mate.
It’s a figure of speech commonly used in sport.
In other words whatever the refs says goes.
Even if you think they’re wrong.
I’m suprised you’ve never heard it before.

thank you come again.
