Campbelltown will be sold out! ? However the Auckland ground holds more people. Maybe its giving Sydney fans a bit more of a taste of international footy?

Does it need to be a triple header? I feel like matchups like Tonga v Somoa should be outgrowing the need to be played as a double or triple header. It does the game a disservice as well because for 2 of the 3 games the ground will be mostly empty.

Agree. Wasn't aware it was a tripple header!? Organisers could have easily placed a double header or two games separately elsewhere? (PNG? NZ, Fiji etc)

if they cared they would have attended
they'll pay $400 to attend origin or our GF

Its different for international rugby league. Small steps for big steps later on. The potential is there. The world cup marketing did not read the Aussie public right. Those prices were way off the mark!

The game next week will be a foregone conclusion so the fan support won't be their. They killed the golden goose Tonga what a mistake but those origin lovers are licking their lips. If Tonga had gone to the final next week well RLWC would finally be a legit world game. England and Australia won't be a contest.

neither opponent would have gotten to within 30 of the Kangaroos

The English were unlucky against the Kangaroos in the opener. Today they were in control in a good game of footy for 72minutes. Looking forward to the final. Just hope they dont rip people off to attend this game. The womens final will be on as well. So a good nights entertainment coming up in Brisbane.

Any Pom on tour would already have a ticket and would have gone anyway. Tonga winning adds every Tongan in Brisbane to the crowd. So a bad result for the crowd. There is minimal latent Pom support around. Maybe if the poms win the cricket a few people might go for the prospect of a reverse result.
