Ricko had his 300th game away from home. Hell he had his out of state is Brisbane!!

But the Broncos were damned good about it and even had a tribute to him before the game apparently. Any club should do the same for Croker or Menzies (unless its parra or dragons because they are scum).

The point scoring record is quite an achievement, but i'd rank 300 games well above that. My reasoning is that Jason Taylor is the current record holder, so clearly its not about being a good footballer.

 true. Gotta remember as well the amount of football played in modern times is much higher now than it ever was - which is why I guess we've had three people break the record in 5 years? That's a high turnover IMO.

Typical Manly type response, so that outburst doesn't really surprise me. I hope you feel better now you have said that..........................

It's true though, I doubt it's even a top ten in any particular order, but Johns has to be in the number 1 spot or the "Joey Brigade" will whinge. Next thing on the agenda for the "Joey Brigade" will probably be to call for the numbers in the backline to be reversed so that Joey will wear the number 1

Personally I like the bloke Sam, as you say he's been a great player for the sea-eagles, great role model and decent bloke to boot. However the best attacking backrower of all time might be stretching things a little - he has spent a fair bit of time in the centres in past years, and I vaguley remember the question came up when he passed the record for tries by forwards, as to whether the tries he scored when in 3 or 4 should count. One things certain, if there were more blokes like Menzies running around the NRL then sh*tty rags like the Smellograph would have f*ck all when it comes to scandals to write about from RL.
Well best backrower that I've seen play IMO. He has played mainly backrow all his career. I think you'll find he has played less than 20 games at centre or 5/8 to my knowledge.
I think he doesn't get the uhhhh...respect and praise (?) he deserves from the media. I reckon he's a living, playing legend like A Johns and like B Fittler was last year.

Warriors 1000 tries? WTF.

It's more of a point of interest than a Top 10 moment.

It would be a Top 10 moment if the got all 11 in the first week.
