He should have been picked ahead of Garner IMO regardless of the opposition. The last game with both starting should have gone to the better performer

I am not a Garner fan, he needs to get his head out of wooden spoon mode and into Top 4 mode.

Garner has the more attacking threat of the two. I can see him doing a Capewell. Hitting holes to score. And pouncing on grabbers in the ingoal to score tries
