Agreed. Although I thought he'd tough it out after his knock and stay on no matter the injury, within reason.

Footy is a game largely built on mentality. We have more guys with kahunas than without them now.

Tepai was good before last year but he was weak. Chocmaugh challenged him last year. Thought him to play tough. Thought him to play hurt. He followed choc's lead. I reckon tepai is our next superstar. Just give him time.

Yep he was a project player last year and got an apprenticeship in toughness.

He will get better and better

Apparently the NRL made us wear them to distinguish us from the blue of the bulldogs. We played awesome. I say we wear the fruity pants every week

Jnr was beast tonight- His go forward was awesome and his offloads will be missed.
A few times he didn't get back square after making a tackle and left a hole but was our best front rower by far.

Terepo-Mannah-Wicks are all even and do a job.They make less errors and better defenders but they do not do what Jnr can do.

Gower offers something no other forward we have can do.A nice ball to gordon charging to the line.He put a great one in for Semi to score.

De gois played as good as what Peats could and wont be 32 till almost end of the year. I would not be against a 1yr extension. He made 45 tackles and no misses.

Norman is a must keep and priority to sign.

Jennings played his best game for us and shows what he can do in space.He is class.

Gutherson was solid and i eat my words as he had me worried. He did nothing exceptional but took every high ball with ease.

Semi obviously is a super athlete, great game.

Gordon like de gois should be a possible one year extension.

I am also a big Taka fan -He plays with such energy. Ba has developed a nice squad. Gould the golden duke says it how it is - We have a serious football team!

The only guy i thought who struggled tonight was Foran. He did not look fit at all. I hope he comes good cause once he does this is a top 4 side.

I do, not much in it but Kenny bends the line a little more. But they are both great to have when you already have Scott and Tep waiting in the wings.

KE cleans up the mess a little more and i think a better defender.He has a bit more skill with the ball.

Manu has more RAW power and hurt players with every run.Also has better feet and Line breaking ability. Different players both good.

Gower is interesting as i reckon the style gordon plays and Semi he could be one of our most dangerous forward with his ball skills.

Agreed but he ain't no Junior Paulo and we're going to need a prop to replace him next season. Can't see anyone in our club who can get anywhere near to the brutal power of Paulo next year.

I am not sure there is anyone in the NRL with the brutal power of this guy. Klemmer was man handled. And so was Big sam.

He has a massive run game and a great offload. His issue thou is defense.Tonight he was caught out i thought a few times being slow to get back from a tackle.
Still our best prop but i am sure we will find someone to do the job.

I thought Gower was best in his first 6 weeks or so with us. Came on with a clean Jersey, did some good runs, some good ballplaying...since then, a bit underwhelming. Maybe he's been overtaken.
