As a youngster, i played this course a million times.
This photo depicts the Members putting green, overlooking the 10th tee.

Talk about a squillion memories or what.

I can still remember seeing Greg Norman working the Pro Shop as a trainee, for Billy McWilliam, the club Professional................. wow!
It's a better course now OKB. More tress of course but it actually has holes with water carries. The inclusion of a storm water creek is a great addition to the course.

It was another hugely successful Robert Stone memorial golf day at Beverly Park golf course last week. Players, sponsors, staff and friends took to the course for a leisurely hit, before heading back to the club house to cool off. Take a look at the photos below.

Remember the floodlights on the long back hole for nightime driving range.
That was the worst driving range in Sydney.

Shitty balls, worn out coiled rubber mats (my grandma's kitchen had better mats), shitty lights and if you tried to hit off the grass they would tell you to get back on the mats lol.

The best thing about it was it was close to the Leagues Club for a quick schooner or 4.

Why was Merrin on drink duties for the day and not at training like the rest?

Good to see it’s so much better attended than the end of season bash. Does this mean it was compulsory ?

I saw a photo of Tyrell, Bud and Hook together in the same team! Obviously they have now bonded and Hook firmly believes they are much older than they actually are, and both once played for the Broncos, so I expect the boys will get plenty of game time in 2023.
