i agree with KK - I don't know if I see him as better than robson - heaps of questions over KK ... I don't think KK has a good kicking game either, which doesn't go so well for us cos I don't think we have a good general play kicker at all

I think it's great we have robson and kk battling it out for the halfback spot. Either way we will have a pretty good halfback. Both pretty handy. I don't know who's better but it will be interesting too see how they go.

Thing about ALL of our halves options, none have a proven track record in first grade. And our hookers havent sttod out significantly very much if at all. It is a serious potiential weakness for us that if the worst should happen, and none fire, we are seriosuly low in play making stocks, which could see Mateo moved around which could see our forward pack go afray. Usually, when one thing goes wrong, alot of things go wrong.

TBH

I reckon DM has an outstanding short kicking game.

I was spewing in the back end of the season when Hayne suddenly was given the kicking duties.

I reckon most of DM's kicks when near the opposition 22 were spot on.

It all started in the final round against the saints.

I guess it depends what a 'proven' track record is. Getting us to a GF with neither having started the season (Morts didn't play till Rd 12!), or played much together has to count for something...

I meant it as in we dont know all the ins and outs of their games.

Id go with Robson and Morts because we did well with them and I think Robsons maturity is very valuable. Im confident we can do well with any combination of Morts, KK, Robson and Mateo (id rather Mateo stay in the forwards though)

IMO if you compare KK against Robson, KK pretty much wins out on all parts exept in defence. KK has a better kicking game (both short and long), better passing game and organisation skills are pretty even. Robson has better defence but KK is still up there. Robson did play well at the end of last year, i just think KK be better suited with Robson coming off the bench into hooker.
