Any rep can build muscle Mark Rudd....that is a misconception!!

Muscle development is all about muscle fatiuge!!, your muscle fibres have to be broken down in order to grow, that's why you should never have much rest in between sets...even if you cannot do as many!!

Not really. You'd build far more muscle doing 8-12 reps than 20-30. I'm talking about doing several sets though. 2-3 exercises per body part. Have look at sprinters vs marathon runners. Big big difference in body mass.

Well i don't agree with 20-30 reps fair enough but??....anything from 1-15 is fine, i've put on an inch on my arms so quickly from doing this new plan, and that involves roughly the 1-15 reps.
