Yep, its a great step. He's record of getting good players to the club is pathetic but, if he is no good and being sidelined, get rid of him totally.

Tim Sheens era is slowly been broken down, many thought when Potter walked in the door things would change over night, its a very slow process but a great process.

I'd take these two in an instant. They have proved themselves in the past and both have a good work ethic but most importantly expect the same from the players...Boyle was a hard nut when playing and from what I am led to believe he is the same as a trainer.

Bring them back....

And funnily enough that's when we were playing well, looking fit, hitting hard in defence.

We really dropped the ball over the last couple of years didn't we? Sheens re-signed, Folkes gone, Simmons back, players on long term contracts that didn't deserve it, players signed for ridiculous amounts, mishmash of players coming in breaking down any structure, has beens signed to save money to pay excessive contracts for others, Benji overinflated to attempt to do everything and the list can go on.

What a mess.................. Gets me depressed every time I think of this. The reckoning has begun with heads rolling, but geez, its going to take a while to get back.
