Who do you think will be our Rookie of the Year.

My vote goes to Jack Afamasaga

I'd say Jack but Luke O'Dwyer was probably unlucky he was injured.

Anderson didn't really play enough games.

We didn't have many so Jack will probably win it. If Ben Smith was brought in earlier in the year he would have won it, and Luke O'Dwyer was going great aswell.

Wade played first grade at Souths!

He's played first grade at Souths so he isn't really a rookie. If that was the case blokes like Pearson, Langi, Stapleton etc would be in line for it as well.

the criteria is that you have to play first grade in your first year of grade! Jack, Ben Smith, Feleti and Brett Anderson all did that.

He is the only one to have held is spot on a regular basis.

And isn't the criteria, your first year of grade, hence it goes to someone who sped up the ranks into the top grade.

Jack can join such great names as......Glenn Mansfield

its a bit of a sad state of affairs that in such a poor year for the club we don't even have the blooding of many young players to crow about. Usually that is the up side of a bad season...

Jack Afa gets my vote too.

Has to be Jack. Not because he's the best (he may be), but because he's the only rookie who's been given a reasonable chance in first grade this season.

He cannot really be considered a rookie. He may be new at NRL level, but he has played at the top level in a first class comp elsewhere.

There really wasn't anyone who deserved it.

I sort of agree with suity, there wasn't really anyone who stood out.
But if it was up to me, i'd give it to Jack.
