It have to jack, no one else played the amount of games he did, O'Dwyer was unlucky to get injuried or he would have played plenty of top grade and won it.

Feleti Mateo in a year when no one stood out in first grade. Surely all his man of matches in lower grades must count for something.

LOL,i think if odwyer has not been injured and played at lock he wouldve been better than what we have seen. JAckys got my vote, he is the only one who has played and been pretty consistant

  nah, i just think we have better talent we should be hanging onto.

Maybe so however for a kid to come straight from Qld Cup, with less than a month training in the off-season with the club and play first grade - despite injuries helping him - is a big acheivement IMO.

Jack came from Guildford, playing off the bench last year and had half a season before being pitched in - another great acheivem, ent.

He just has really done much for me to think that he has a bright future in the NRL, he's not big, he's not quick, he's not a very skillfull player......sure he can tackle but so could Peter McPhail & Darren Winmill.

Jacky has got the defensive & attacking aspects in him, younger, and i can already see he's starting to intimidate the opposition.
