I have to support the underdogs, the team from down the road... I'll be there cheering for the Panthers (and the Cougars and Wentworthville)!

But having said that I think the Roosters are more likely to win.

First it was the Raiders..............but they got done

then it was the Warriors........and they got done

so now I'm going for (as much as I can go for any other team apart from Parra) the Panthers. I AM a Penrith boy after all, my dad supports them so the Pussies it is.
So I guess that will get done too

Everyone is saying that the Panthers are underdogs, even the bookies.

Then why did't they win the minor premiership.

The bookies have taken alot of money from the chook fans..........that's because they have more.

GO THE PANTHERS.

Panthers won the minor premiership, but a look at their for and against shows they ar capable of losing in blowouts, and of letting in a lot of points as well.

Roosters haven't been beaten by more than ten all year, they seem more consistent and that's why they are favourites.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a lot of Chook supporter money go down the drain, but as much as I hope for a panther win, it will be "against the odds".

parra has to go for the roosters, the panthers are our local rivals (the bulldogs are rivals but their not the derby rivals)

I agree

The Panthers have just had one of those years....you know??......no one has really taken them seriously untill the later stages & that's probably why there've been so succesfull!!

They will be lucky to make the 8 next year IMO.

very good, very good...

Panthers solid all across the park. Huge crowd favourites amongst fans at the stadium.

Even though their Premier League team got trounced on the scoreboard, there were some quite good performers there, and I think Penrith will continue as a top four team next year.

It will be interesting to see how the young Panthers back up next year and cope with the second season syndrome. I think they will still be a Top 4 side.

Seeing how the team reacted to the win, and the great way they interacted with their fans at the ground after the match tells me they're going to take this spirit they've got a lot further.

The partying at Panthers tonight will be bloody huge!
