Our best batting order imo is
1. Fleming
2. Vincent
3. Astle
4. Styris
5. H.Marshall
6. Oram
7. McCullum
8. Vettori
9. Mills
10. Bond
11. Patel
That is with no super sub, and all players available for selection. Oram is a key ingredient. He'll bowl first change, with Vettori and Patel bowling spin, medium pace support from Styris and Astle if need be.
Tough on Fulton, he could probably be there for H.Marshall, although Fulton's fielding is in the Mark Richardson class. Taylor is unproven yet, but if he fires then he could also go in for H.Marshall. Taylor off spin could also be useful, meaning no place for Patel on occasions.
Oram, McCullum, Vettori and Mills are going to need score runs when needed obviously.
Franklin and Mason and even Andre Adams are still very much in contension as well when it comes to World Cup spots.
The rest can forget it, including How (who I see more suited to Test Cricket)
Just my thoughts on it all.
