There was a Third Keating brother?
There are so many injuries and suspensions during a season anyways. Guys on the edge will see plenty of game time.
that backline is pretty average
Is Kelly still first-choice back-up half, or will one of the younger guys supersede him?
By round 11 next year Adam Reynolds will have been released by Souths following an unfortunate dressing room prank gone wrong, and will be our half.

I'd be happy with that. I reckon a Reynolds-type is just what we need - assuming the wreckers will pay us 400K to tow Norman away.
Morgan cant tackle and Champion cant attack, thats why he'd been playing in NSW Cup.
Pretty average imo.
Norman was going alright before his injury. He'll slot into 6 when he comes back and Takairangi will go back to centre.
Obviously there are still some spots up for grabs, mainly in the backline. Our forwards will be stronger but even without Hayne I think our 'spine' will still be stronger then in the past few years (except last year of course).
1 Hopoate
2 Semi
3 takarangi
4 matai/hoffman
5 robinson
6 Norman
7 Sandow
8 Mannah
9 Peats
10 Mossop
11 Man'u
12 Moeroa
13 Watmough
14 Edwards - Edge or Through the middle (similar role to a Parker at the broncos)
15 Pauli - give us some punch on the edges
16 Gower - Prefer him through the middle, also edge
17 Paulo
I think Hoppa I a no brainer for fullback, best replacement for Hayne and he has the playmaking ability and the foot brains. While he isn't hayne-quick but funnily enough neither is Stewart or Dugan.
* Centre and wing are our problem area now as we would have lost Hoppa, Sio and Tonga who were the starting 3 of the back 5. I'd say Morgan, Crooks, Robenson and Champion would be the front runners but I think some of the under 20s talent like Davis or Matterson could easily push their way into the side or we might make a late signing.
I honestly think we can do well and Hoppa would be a chance to play origin at fullback. He could be as good as Stewart or Moylan.
If you have a good defensive structure there is enough attacking potential there. Robenson, Morgan, Champion and Semi have decent first team experience but consistency will be the question mark. I would not be surprised if Crooks and/or Davis step up and play big minutes in the first team and even Matterson could play in the centres IMO.
I've been thinking about this a lot, i'm still not certain but as of right now, i'd go with something like this.
1. Hopoate
2. Radradra
3. Champion
4. Morgan
5. Robinson
6. Norman
7. Sandow
8. Mannah
9. Peats
10. Paulo
11. Ma'u
12. Moeroa
13. Watmough
14. Gower
15. Edwards
16. Mossop
17. Lussick
if we sign takarangi and another good centre (eg matai) i think we look quite formidable
