I think we may look back on this game re Clune.
He slowly got involved and that break was sublime and timely.

Think he needed that for his confidence. Hope he kicks on.

The great thing to take away is that Hunt and Norman now have confidence in Clune (not that they should have had any doubts about his ability) that they are prepared to give him the ball unlike earlier games where they totally avoided him. Well played Cluney.

I will speak for myself. Im not celebrating as in a great performance.
We were for a great deal of the game, as you say, bog average.

It doesnt change my opinion of where we are at.
A lot of work to do, headed by new coach, but i like to see players like Clune coming good.

2 points and keeps us away from the spoon. That's all for now.

Couple of major Bulldog handling errors and the falcon saved the day.

We played for maybe a total of 40 minutes

Can’t understand how our side turned up thinking it would be an easy game.

It was a clear and true indication that we are at best capable of finishing mid table, only thanks to Flanno, otherwise under Mary we were serious spoon contenders.
