Given we have the bye next week can't see anyone injured coming back including Docker and Plum.

I would go with that side though BMM might not be over Simpkins on the pecking order. He is a backrower and Yeo and Simpkins were called into the squad over him

I'd be happy with that team (but swap the wings. Still don't think Cartwright is ready).

Because he was on the bench this week, is built like a backrower and played ok in his limited time.

He played in second row when he came on yesterday.

Only put Masila because wanted some impact off bench instead of Simpkins.

Yeo's future is in the backrow imo, at 19 he is already a big kid but he should get bigger.

The NSW Cup game Panthers v Knights is well worth watching if you have the time.

Some real strong performances and pieces of individual brilliance. Our future is bright given the development of Blake, RCG, DWZ plus the likes BMM who scored a try of great strength and power. We may be missing some key players thru injury but we have the depth to cover.

That's what I'd go with Mick. Cartwright to drop off but obviously get a sniff so he keeps working. Simpkins may have been ahead of BMM because they wanted BMM to have a few weeks at Penrith before selecting him. If Simpkins is chosen definitely start at lock. Really keen to see Peachey at lock though as I think that's his future and Simpkins shouldn't be in our future plans given the second rowers we have coming up.

Just hope that if Idris has the flu,it doesn't go through the squad like it did when we were flogged 74-12 V Raiders 10 Aug 2008.

Ben Murdoch-Masila is a player that I really like the look of. Big, reasonably fast, strong and he looks like he has a football brain. I think he is going to turn out a great buy...

I heard Yeo got the start with the hope to sit Idris out for a bit. That said he went ok. The fact we didn't have the 2nd half fade out means we must of gone pretty well

If there is one weakness that has transpired from last season to this is the fact that we don't finish teams of in the final 15-20 minutes of the 2nd half.

Yesterday,we only scored 6 points in the final 1/4 of the match, and this has to be looked and improved on.

A more balanced and improved Penrith side will be putting 40-60 points in the near future.

To be fair, we played the second half with 15 players. The possession swung and we actually did really well to hold the Knights out. The Sharks, Melbourne and Eels game we didn't close out and paid, the Canberra and Titans game we got away with.
