So it is both Aitken and Nightingale who are handicapping our right hand side attack.
Most likely it is, but we have no one better at the moment, so we need to fix it with what we have.

The guys from ISP....forget them, unless it's in our dreams.

Didnt say Aitken will get picked for SOO - i said hes not a liability - up till last night i thought Aitken will be there but James Roberts and Mitchell should get the nod after last nights efforts
Tom Turbo and Mitchell should be NSW centres with Roberts and Addo Carr on the wings.

In the last few weeks, I thought you did say that Aitken would be picked for NSW.

I disagree. I would have Mann at center and Lomax on the wing. I would have Aitken on the bench, with Sele, Latimore and Ah Mau.

Well I suppose you can single individuals out but the disorganization and lack of game awareness is what concerns me.
Failing to play the whistle and not defending a tap restart are fundamental schoolboy mistakes.
Not worthy of the competition leaders.

Yep, good options Frank.
Now if we can just knock off Mary and get you in his seat.

Blinkered logic ML
When Nightingale was playing on Lafai's side last year, he was scoring as many if not more tries than McDonald. That was with McCrone at half back not Hunt.
This year he is playing outside Aitkin who doesn't ever pass the ball and cannot create anything for his winger.
Put whoever you want on the right wing and the result will be the same.
Aitkin is a defensive liability and has to take a big chunk of responsibility for our weakness there.
Nightingale gets stranded over and over and obviously, as a smaller man one on one, his not going to stop Cotric that close to the line..
Aitkin was nowhere to be seen today - schooled by Croker and co. and other than being a hard straight runner, I don't see what all the hype's about. SOO candidate? hardly.
Ado Carr is scoring tries almost at will and together with the hatrick he scored against us, he has scored 9 tries in 4 games.
Good analysis I think. Aitken rarely sighted but , like Duffy young and plent of upside. 2017 Nighty scored 16 tries and Nene 6

Yep, the top try scoring centre in the league this year is handicapping our attack. Makes perfect sense. Fair dinkum do some of you hear yourselves?
How many tries has Aitken set up for his winger? I will answer it for you, Zero. If our attack doesn't extent all the way to the right hand winger, it is effectively handicapped.

Aitken is hog who likes to score and be the hero.

We must improve our handling. It was very good at the beginning of the season. It was so good that I even said that we looked like we were well coached. lol

Can you imagine if Dugan was playing FB in that game?
I won't bag Dugan, Drag Queen gets upset, but what I will say is Dufty is really strong when he runs the ball in open play. He scores tries from nothing.
Duges used to break tackles but he rarely found the try line.
Dufty is magical to watch, he scores tries. He is an attacking weapon and teams will fear him.
He can make an error but I will take the odd dropped ball for what he brings in attack.

The. Top. Try. Scoring. Centre. In. The. League.

There’s only two players with more, both wingers. The others on 7 are all wingers and fullbacks. Has a try assist and a line break assist too, plus 6 offloads, breaks 3+ tackles a game. Doesn’t pass to the slowest winger in the game though, total handicap.

Love all the diverse opinion,

This season is a strange one with some teams flogged by 40 plus and then winning etc. of all teams ours has been very consistent and has won pretty won ugly.

The raiders were going to win last week when Blake Austin ( I rate him highly) badly turned his ankle and toff he went. The raiders noticeably lost momentum.

They are a good side and we hung in today and won ‘ugly’. Don’t write us off next week / we will go well.

After years of the Josh Dugan standard game we now have a flying machine in Dufty. BTW Josh dropped a high catch today cold for the Sharkies and also us from time to time.lets not forget that when assessing Dufty game. The fear factor Dufty instills because of his speed means opposition defence line get distracted and other players come into their own,

Well that's a compelling argument.
BUT, his 7 tries could also totally support FF's argument.
I can think of at least 2 occasions where he should have passed the ball to the "slowest winger in the game" and hogged it.
Luckily he scored to add to his tally.
What were he stats today? Hardly sighted and totally outplayed.
Stats are great but they don't always tell the whole story.
