People who want to move Boyd are crazy... He has just begun to play some decent footy and now you want to move him to a totally new position...
Roberts was okay this week. He is beginning to get a feel for what he doing and i we stick with him for the rest of the season i really think he'll show us the goods.
Snowden and Mason are god sends... Where would we be without them? Couragous is the word that most comes to mind. Faas didnt make enough metres for my liking and i never expected much from Cuthbo..
Edwards was okay. I think he is much better suited playing wider and using his step to make a couple more metres each run. McKinnon has a future at this club, theguy looks biggr and bigger each week.
Sau and Wes... Jesus... Is that first grade defence? Costigan reall needs to hold the ball as well.
I thought house was aight too. If anyone thinks we lost that game because of that penalty, they are kidding themselves. The reason we lost is because we are not a good team yet. It would be easy to place the blame on that penalty as the reason we lost but if do that we aren't looking at the real underlying problem. In the past Johns or our almost flukey attack covered up the rot but we we would have crumbled sooner or later. Wayne has been brought here to stop the rot and it's not pretty but we're gonna a fine looking team after Wayne has finished uP here.
I love Bedsy by the way. 24 points down, he rushes into dummy half, puts his 68 year old body on the line to dive over. Boyd makes a breakand he is the first one to support him on his anklithised legs and only just managed to make it over the line. Is that not leadership? Is that not the actions of a champion. I dunno i might be an idiot but when Bedsy scored that second one, it bought a tear to my eye. The thing about League is that it's not the most skilled or athletic players who are champions of the gam. It's those like Bedsy who put in 110% week in week out wearing his heart on his sleeve.
