The real tragedy in all this is that most of the goodwill and optimism generated in the wake of Tinks and Bennett joining the club has been washed away since the rot set in.
The club needs more paying members and sponsors to build a long term successful foundation, we shouldn't rely in Tinks largesse as that's not reasonable or realistic.
This type of season will make 2013 tougher commercially, so instead of building on the off field success of 2012, we are behind the eight ball.
Hard to believe that any of the players expect the club not to respond proactively to this and pull whatever levers are available to them, even if it means moving blokes on.
