Spare a thought for the Cowboys. They lost to that team.

What I miss most from the Bennett days is that our team played for 80 minutes.

Was just saying to my wife that in 2010 we'd be ahead by one point and I'd be perfectly comfortable we'd win. These days 12 points ahead with minutes to go and I'm pessimistic.....

We had a team full of no name players under Bennett but our defence was like 3ft reinforced concrete for the whole game.
This team gets a try or two in front and we shut down. Definietly not the qualities of a top eight team.

Yep and while I can't help but be glad we got the win, I know it is still a bandaid over a festering sore that is our club right now.

I’ve been away oversees (thankfully missed the misery) last few weeks, thought I’d make an effort today because I bought a pretty cool t-shirt with a graphic Dragon on the front and back. Managed to tune in 5mins before half time today.

We looked pretty good from when I tuned in (until the last 6mins).

I think our forwards have been average tonight.
Luciano is not a starting prop.
I love them as players but I don't know how Sims was selected for SOO he has to be carrying an injury his like a different player from last season.
McInnes is a tackling machine.

How some here were pushing for him to go or change positions? Without him we lose easily tonight

He made 2 good breaks from dummy half and has tackled strong as usual.

Far from our worst imo...

Some here don't count or watch defense in player ratings.

I wish Dufty would get out if 1st gear on his kick returns.
A few times he barely makes 10 meters.
He is very much a confidence player and when he is down on confidence he is very timid and fades into the background.

The misery the last few weeks is more like 8 years.

Luckily for us Sims taking Morgan out, legally changed everything. Hunt was huge, especially in defence.
Rav 4 was terrific.
Host worked hard.
Norman cool as usual.
Vaughan strong.
Friz’s 2nd spell immense.
Tariq tireless but why doesn’t he ever get a rest.
McInnes & Korbin led the line speed.
Pearson safe & strong.
Having said all that we were very very lucky to win.
Normal transmission will resume next week.

We lost big players during games like Mcinnes v manly, Norman v eels , friz and James v sharks.
They lost Morgan.
Doesn't take anything away from our win.
