I see what you did there. Still missed the context in that discussion.

May should be at 14 for his utility value and Crichton/Naden are our best centre pair.

No sorry. I am apologising for taking your very original post out of context. I took what you said as a slur against Aekins when clear it was not intended that way. I was wrong and again I apologise.

I was simply trying to make light of my original mistake.

It's cool mate I'm a bit on the sauce right now. My brother makes rum and sends me some.

Being serious for a minute:

For the record I will say Aekins would improve all the bottom 8 teams and probably one or two of the top 8 teams this year. His service while Edwards was injured was also better than the other back up fullbacks.

Yeah I agree I hope the kid finds a club for 2021 and beyond. Sadly he is surplus to requirements with us given Staines and Laurie are going to be putting pressure on Dylan for che fullback job in 2021 and beyond. It is what it is. It’s cut throat at the top and as we know we can’t keep everyone.

Plenty of places out side an NRL side for him to go. Super Rugby for example

All those sides are set for FB's. Prob goes home to play Super Rugby

If Staines hadn’t of got injured I reckon he might’ve pinched Mansour’s spot, but we’re unlikely to make a change this late in the season now.

Next year after another off season getting bigger. Hopefully Mansour gets a premiership before he gets the tap on the shoulder

I still don’t understand why Capewell gets the free pass.

why does he need to come straight back in.

We need a 2nd rower on the bench. So it is Burns or Capewell. Capewell has runs on the board and looked good before injury

That is why we signed Tetevano and Capewell afterall to add big game experience

The Shark's game will be tough. They are desperate and we are starting to look a bit flat.

We won't beat them with that approach in attack. We need Naden back in the centres and some pace outside him. Too or Staines will improve the balance of the side. Nothing wrong with May, but he is a slow centre and makes it easier for defences to defend our attack. May is better used as a ball playing utility who can play lock, hooker or second row and offer great ball distribution out wide when needed.

More "turn the ball inside" stuff and we will rack up our second loss.

Team balance.

The preferred makeup of the bench includes a second rower, it has for most of the season.

I’d be leaving out Tetevano.

Its Leniu for me. Harsh call but he’s clearly behind Leota & Tetevano in the rotation & getting the lesser minutes.

Tetevano might not bring a hell of a lot with the ball but he brings a bit of intimidation & aggression in defence.
