Just watched the replay. Bad calls against us, especially the disallowed try for obstruction. Bullshit.
We did some stupid shit. Benji not finding touch really killed the momentum at a crucial stage.

Yeah just watched replay again aswell. I really don't think we should be to critical of the team. They played their guts out in the second half. Literally just that kick not finding touch and that obstruction ruling lost us the game. Thats all. We played really well.

If we can just learn from the mistakes in the first half and play with the intensity we did in the second half for 80 minutes against the warriors we will smash them.

Galloway and Koro back aswell...not sure where to play Koro.....Simona is ripping it

yeah, seriously, i'll walk away from that game proud of the boys. We need to not get discouraged and stick to the formula Potter has set in place.
This year is looking unlikely for a semis chance but we have to just keep moving forward...never backwards.

Letting Simona and Marshall go will be a step backwards

I think this is the guy that has to go simply because he lacks that pace. Lawrence got cut down but he did explode through a gap. To add to that Lawrence scored a try (it was disallowed but that was a poor decision) and sent Simona over with a great ball.

I think maybe all 3 of Reddy, Richards and Ayshford are not really required if we have a full strength team. In saying that they are all (I'm assuming Richards is still good) good players.

Blake doesn't have that power and pace Lawrence has when he hits the gap. Lawrence looked less bulky and dangerous every time he received the ball. It was a confronting atmosphere Friday night. It was good the younger players were exposed to this as I am sure they will learn from the experience.

Ayshford is a back rower worth hanging onto. Richards & Reddy are surplus.

I'd rather move Ayshford on. There's been whispers that he's asked for a release.

Sironen is made for the backrow, he will end up there without a doubt.

Ayshford is bigger than he appears. He is tall and apparently at about 100kg right now but could probably put on a few more kilos in the offseason. If you watch him taking hitups to get us out of trouble he regularly drags defenders with him and always needs more than one to put him down. Definitely more impact than Anasta, blair, fulton.
