I loved the Flintstones, but I hear and agree with you. Even if by some miracle we made eighth it would only be to provide cannon fodder.

Yes and it starts at dummy half, watch McC go to d-h and stand there upright, looking around and often he'll get the ball and instead of firing it straight out to someone he'll pause, look around again then pass. Watch other hookers, they bend into their work, hands down there ready to fire the ball off to someone, already knowing exactly where to pass. He shows no urgency and provides no impetus and by the time our forwards catch the ball the opposition are up in their face. It's infuriating to watch. Kerr and others were playing the ball really fast the other day and McC was as casual as all get out, wasting the effort of others. Our lack of depth didn't help either.
We really, really, really need a top notch Hooker asap.

totally agree, but what we should have also been doing is blooding Muhleisen into the team at 14, especially in the latter half of the season, that way we could get an indicator for next year.

I thought Kerr played OK on sunday, mind you he wasnt given a lot of time, the interchange 5 min into the second half was a bit confusing.

Yeah. He does have a bit more speed. Only a tiny bit. He’s def not a game changer. The type of player we need.

Kerr has a play the ball speed approximately 30% quicker than any other forward we have. IMO he’s a keeper just needs good coaching

You could say the same thing about Bird & Sims.
His handling certainly improved at the backend of last season with some confidence.
He’s a better player than Marketo, IMO.
