With footage showing that Valentine Holmes was in front of the halfway line in doing his kick restart which resulted in a bunker-led penalty which cost Wests Tigers the game - and with confirmation Tamou tried to captains challenge that as offside but was refused by the referee - I think the NRL has no choice but to reverse the two points for the match, and set about disbanding the bunker for season 2023.
It's utterly disgraceful, and we have no guarantee the same or similar farce won't occur in the dying stages of a finals match or the grand final when it would really matter. f**k Manly players and their Pride jersey boycott - if I was a Tigers player I'd be boycotting this weekend's match unless NRL give them the win and the two points!
