Still not sure how Sheens will play his hand at this moment. But IMO, Rocky deserves his spot and has waited patiently. It would depend on a few factors such as what utility roles they can play. At a guess i am thinking that Rocky can cover centre or backrow, whereas a player like Hanbury can cover centre and fullback, wing etc. With Hodgo now being injected to the halves playmaking role it could give some sort of indication of how it will pan out. There were 2 others who were put on standby as well (excluding Josh Davis) in Ayshford and Lazarus. IMO Davis is going great guns for the Magpies and is an exciting player to watch.
As for Hanbury's defence, he can hold his own IMO but is definitely more of an attacking weapon and was BRETs highest tryscorer last season. Although another player would've scored more if he'd have played a WHOLE season with them.
But as for the Magpies, their club is a shambles at the moment and very unprofessional the way they conduct things, telling players they wont be playing simply because the coach doesn't like them as a personal issue, players issued jerseys two sizes too small for them. They should really take a good long hard look at themselves if they want to improve things.
