The guy Tigers picked over Momirovski. They immediately regret their decision.

We wouldn’t have been the least bit interested in BJ.

In order to secure Daine Laurie they needed to offer a swap that met our needs, finances and Momorovski was deemed the right fit from our perspective.

I know I was making a joke.

But what a joke it would’ve been if we ended up with him over Moms!
When I wake up screaming dripping with sweat I'm pointing the wife to this comment.

That was/is Justin Pascoe with Braindead decision after braindead decision

Great viewing regardless
I like the Tigers as much as someone can a team not their own. I actually hate seeing them go through it due to bad management. They always reminded me of us a little and prime Benji was a special player.

I’m not sure I understand the hate for the West Tigers despite all our differences in recent seasons.

Like everyone else there surely just trying to do the best for themselves, much like the Bulldogs now in the Matt Burton saga.

We couldn’t keep Daine Laurie and while early days we at the very least have acquired a centre who will compete for a position in our top 17.

Matt Burton sadly is leaving also but we have dug our heels in and chosen to retain him as back up for this season. 100% correct call. He will be needed, perhaps as early as Thursday night.

Good luck to the Tigers, not sure I would say the same thing about the Bulldogs.

I think the Michael Maguire hard edged approach to coaching is almost done in the modern era. Players don't respond to it like they used to. Benji has been vocal about it in the past with madje and how the players didn't respond to it.

Game has moved forward in terms of coaching. I think it's why Des is struggling too. The great coaches like Bellamy and bennet have adapted. Robinson is probably the new era changing of the guard sort of coach.

Im sure there's a time and place for the hard edged approach but it doesn't work anymore regularly and I think madje and des will continue to struggle unless they change there ways.

I think Kevies idea for the broncs of going to the races with the old boys and getting away from footy for a bit is a great example of new era coaching. Not just smash them at training with extra fitness and defensive drills like old days. Broncs are in a terrible spot atm. Are obviously putting in the hard work but need to try something different to get them out of it. It's a shame Kev doesn't have the full backing of the board. He's always seemed like a decent person on TV and he obviously loves the broncs. Would be nice if they gave him a fair crack to do things as he sees fit.

I thought it was Kevin’s idea to can the race thing? At least that’s what he said.

Personally, I think they are shagged until they can fix up their spine.

He did come out and say it was his idea to can it but I think some other folks in the media like tallis and geyer said it was upper management and he is still not being given the full support.
