RE: the SKD knock on. Roger's foot was out anyway so it didn't matter. Apart from his howler against Parra he's been alright. He has his usual dumb error but thankfully it only appears once *touch wood* and as long as keeps scoring tries then all is forgiven.

Agree with pretty much everything else Horrie said. Yesterday was a forward game and we delivered. They never really threatened us and I don't think we were too concerned as the game went on.

Whatever Robbo has done with Friend has worked wonders. It is no surprise that our winning ways has come off the back of his direct play. He's reminding me of Isaac Luke just without the merkininess.

Good away win. Kept them quiet and it was never really in doubt.

Newcastle are always tough at home, was a great result for us. I thought Isaac Liu was really tough yesterday, he's been in and out of the side but really stood up yesterday.

Glad you mentioned Liu as I was just about to. Thought he was tremendous yesrerday. Big chance of featuring in H.H's 321's for this week. Will watch the replay tonight to confirm.

As for Maloney, it's been a different season for him. Robinson is demanding that he plays tougher than he ever has before and it's probably starting to take its toll (check out his head). Throw in Origin and he's probably feeling the pinch a bit.

He'll be right when the whips are cracking.

Good, tough win. Need those games from time to time but its always better to pile on the points to keep my blood pressure in check.

Friend seems to be much, much quicker & its really keeping opposition defences guessing. The great thing is that we're not relying on the same players each week. Everyone's doing their bit & having standouts from time to time. Maloney I think will have some big games in him shortly.

Penalties is what worries me though. It doesn't seem to matter how much we talk about it improving it just doesn't happen (although other sides seem to get away with so much more than us). In one sense its making us stronger having to defend multiple sets, but come finals I still worry it will cost us.
