Yes had surgery mid-week. Went well. In a few week's time, we will know more.
Fish is not back in Qld or transit yet.

In a semi Api will play 80... so won't matter who is on the bench.

Look at the minutes by the bench last finals. Even Storm didn't use Hynes and their 3rd benchie got less than 20 mins.

Regardless a bench rotation of: TPJ, Martin and Leinu is enormous.

The Storm are middle of the road in kick return metres and similar for Kick metres. These get overlooked because they are great at punishing the mistakes.

That is where our squad is way better and why if reletively fit the comp is ours to lose

Api plays 80 yes but the combo of grant and cheese is huge.

There bench and our will be fairly matched. We might have the slight edge now we have tpj.

You cant keep stars like paps out of the game. They get involved, hence why they are stars.

And a cmon, melbourne are middle of the road for kick returns and kick meters because they legit are never kicking out of their own end. They are always scoring tries and have absolutley detroyed teams all year in attack. Dont need to kick for distance if they are scoring tries.

Melbourne have been far and away the most dominant team at shutting out teams simce the bellamy era started. The only team that probably was better than them was the sharks in 2016.. they mastered grinding out wins.

Your complete bias towards us is so obvious..theres no way we are easily the best team. Any finals game is tough and the proof in the pudding is all our finals games last year.

They were all an absolute battle.

Just expecting the comp to be ours to lose is so crazy. To win a gf you need to be at your best. Everyone needs to play 100%. The storm are the masters of big game pressure and being prepared for finals.

They are definitley the team to beat and that is reflected by their performances this year. They deserve to be favourites.

Brisbane had six local cases today out of nowhere.

I think we are talking about a week long lockdown at least, which would mean the whole comp goes back two weeks, given it would mean cancelling today and tomorrow’s games plus next week as well. That’s if the NRL is willing to post pone the GF. The alternative would be that the games are cancelled.

I cant see the game continuing anytime soon. If you use the Sydney example of 1st 2 week of lock down to now at least 10 weeks. Than now with Gov wants 70% Vac before any lockdown removed very hard to see any games

Very costly.
Costly to move up there. They had hoped to get crowds, even limited capacity. Now they can't. And if they can't play the game tv revenue will be cut again.
