I would definitely be resting Maloney against the Knights. He looks absolutely and completely busted. The only thing that is keeping him going (and credit to him for that) is sheer will power.

Katoa also can’t play 80 minutes, and his decision making also gets worse around the 30 minute mark at the end of the first half. I’d be giving him his first interchange at that point.

What an utterly bizarre couple of weeks to be a fan of this club. I can't think of a run of matches as strange as these last 3 and combined with the off field stuff it's just off the charts. Very very exciting but you just know it has to improve if we're to be any chance this year.

All 3 tries were absolutely electric. The ceiling for this team is so ridiculously high but pretty much every other moment was abysmal. As much as Hooks lack of imagination looks like stifling a free wheeling bunch of players, today looked like the worst side of our team being dominant for 70 minutes. Stifling the creativity of these players isn't the problem. Discipline is, and early signs are that Ciraldo has not improved anything there.

Hetherington needs his head read seriously. I know he's young but I'm starting to wonder if he has it in him to channel his aggression properly. Starting to think Ellis should jump the queue in front of him.
