That is interesting. I wonder why?
Edit: is it just the standard media commitments for a coach?
The day before every game every NRL coach has to do a Press Conference.

No Tamou. No Hook.Im just looking forward to seeing the final team sheet and what differences there are in our style.
didnt think much of him as a player,
Yep, the hard yards put in on the dodgem cars somehow didn't transfer onto the paddock.Yeah but they looked pretty happy last time they were on the GC - then ran out and had 50 put on them.
Ciraldo handled himself very well IMO - provided that we don't already have a coach signed up for 2019, I hope they consider Ciraldo, seems very grounded.
didnt think much of him as a player, but im on-board and backing him in for 2018, hopefully he can take us to the promise land in October
Lets go Panthers !!!!!
Game day thread is here @herbert henry1908

For those who missed Ciraldo this morning.
Getting ugly now isn't it.
More sad to do such things...Much better ways to handle it
Too late now. I get the feeling its gonna get worse. Plenty of people at Penrith are going to want to square the ledger with Hook.
They should remember Gus spoke to the media 3 times before Hook did... So they started it and tbh. What does hook care?
The club should care about the players not needing this garbage going on. I will say it again what good did it do the players having Gus on Footy show last night?
Leave it for the boring off season
Its more than Gus now though. Griffin insulted the club.
Two wrongs don't make a right but try telling that to them.
Gus should of just not spoken about it... simple. Then it doesn't get to this stage
