I agree. The Reed Mahoney injury is reason not to rush him back for a game we can with without Nathan. It would be good for him to have a run but bigger fish to fry i think.

What a perfect time to play the Hook coached Dragons. I think we'll put 50 on then without Nathan. I'd be bringing him back for the Tigpies game in a few weeks, that gives him an easy return and then a slightly harder game against Parra before we play Souths week 1.

Play the same side but include TPJ and JFH if available. No need to play Nathan, gives him an extra week of strengthening.

Interesting comment fom a Rooster supporter. I think Roosters can teach us a lot about smug, especially your coach.

A game we're expected to win comfortably, even without him. I'd say zero. Dragons without their star half and captain as well.

Personally I'd bring him back for the Tigers and then rest him again for the Eels. We cannot now finish lower than 3rd.

You'd have to think Nathan won't play. The longer they keep him out the more his shoulder gets a chance to heal and the less risk we lose him (given every game is a risk). We are 4 wins clear of 4th place, with only four games remaining and a much better F/A than the Eels or Roosters.

I'd expect they keep him back until the Souths game.

Sounds like we should not plan on having TPJ indefinitely. He can come in when he’s ready.

Id imagine we run the same side with Crichton in for Momo, Tago starting at left centre and Hopgood onto the bench.
