Flegler and Piakura will return for Thursday's night clash against the Roosters.

Deine Mariner will also come into replace Jesse Arthars who accepted a one match ban for his high tackle on Blake Taaffe. He's got a big challenge on his hands in the form of Joseph Suaalii and if the Roosters are going to make a late charge towards the final, it'll be off the back of their right-hand side clicking. Farnworth & Mariner will have to work extra hard.

Very curious to see what difference Carrigan makes to the pack. Carrigan didn't play either game last year and the Roosters just ran riot through the Broncos pack in that second game. That was when the Broncos really ran off the boil, so avenging that performance could go a long way towards their 2023 campaign.

If Brisbane win, they guarantee themselves a spot in the finals, while the Roosters are playing for their season. This shapes as one of their biggest challenges towards the run home, so I expect nothing but their best.
