This could be a car wreck.

The only way I can see it not being one, is we have an epic Sheens-like reshuffle.

Which I also can't see happening.

I'm also reading Lote has impressed Potter at cup level and expected to play this weekend.

On form there is no way I can even see WT playing close to Roosters. I hope we can do it and the underperformers step up to lead the young-uns but I'm not holding my breath. If Marshall doesn't pull his finger out this match he must be dropped for the rest of the season. Bugger the 200 game mark. Anasta and Ayshford seem to just be going through the motions so it should be their last chance too. Maybe Blair will step up and lead the forwards?

All in all, this weekend will not be pretty. If the underperformers do not step and continue to tank it the board must support Potter and permit him to punt them now and publicly say so.

Its looking woeful isn't it? I'd rather MU's suggestion of shifting Fulton than bringing Tuqiri in simply because Tuqiri hasn't played so so long he is not match fit, nor match smart. He has been out of the loop for too long.

LOL.. who are they going to "reshuffle"?

Reminds me of the old saying about deck chairs on the Titanic...

This is going to be ugly....

We usually save our worst performance of a year for when we play the Chooks.

Good test for the young forwards in terms of next season thoguh

I'd contemplate dumping Ayshford and putting Fulton at centre.

The role wouldn't be much different for Fulton, his workload would be about the same too, given the rooster play on the fringes of the ruck almost entirely.

Usually I hate it when we play the Monday night game but now I'm kind of glad we are so it doesn't ruin my weekend.

If the Roosters had smashed the Raiders last week i would of thought they may have come into the game cocky, however their average performance wouldn't of helped our cause.

We lost by 20 points or less and that's almost as good as a victory

Don't really see many options in terms of selections - the exemption for Brooks clearly wasn't given, all our other backs are injured. Fulton would be a better option on Jennings than Ayshford, but we need him elsewhere in the team, as the Roosters have plenty of weapons across the park. Catch 22 tbh.
Thankfully I've got Jennings in my Supercoach team, he should benefit nicely from the Ayshford factor.

Robbie Farah (hand), Rd 24. Aaron Woods (knee), season. Chris Lawrence (ankle), season. Joel Reddy (groin), season. Tim Moltzen (knee), season. Marika Koroibete (cheekbone), season. Matt Utai (jaw), season.... So help me if Lote is named in NRL this week I won't be responsible for my actions. I saw him "play" centre last week in Reggies & OMG, he was terrible.....even allowing for the fact it was his first hit out for the year he was painfully slow & just downright embarrassing. I don't know what the answer is????
Just when you thought things couldn't possibly get any worse, guess what, they just might. We can't play the rookies because of 2nd tier salary cap, & I don't believe we should play them at this stage even if we could. Reggies were hammered by 40 last week......Jeez Louise it's tough being a passionate WT's supporter.

Well he is being named on the wing.

I am thinking about heading out there. It could be funny to watch that bum Marshall get trampled

Our pack looks good. I'd love to see BMM kill it in the starting team and start to provide that impact in the backrow that we lack. Personally I think BMM goes better at prop but if he goes well in the backrow it will be huge for us. This team now only has one small backrower and that is Fulton who consistently does a good job.

I can only hope Potter gets another chance to see how good Anasta is and makes the right decision regarding his future. This probably also goes for Lote.
