Luckily for us it's not about the wingers.
Nathan and our forwards win games for us.
I am looking forward to finally having all options available with tpj thrown in for a bit of extra oomph.
Should be a cracker this week

Absolutely I said as much. Not sure how many, a handful maybe, maybe as many as ten. I’ve never bought into his miss on Tupou other than to say it happens, missed tackles happen and Tupou is one of the games best finishers and very hard to stop in the situation Charlie was faced with.
There was one overlap off a scrum against the Storm when JAC went over. Every other overlap that's got to him on his edge he's shut down that I remember. A 2 in 10-12 strike rate is pretty amazing. He's helped massively by the hard work of Cleary in particular pressuring from the inside and Crichton reading the game well but it's still pretty great.

The great Josh Mansour not dropped this week.

Master Coach Bennett must think he still has something to offer.

Lets all hope Josh has a shocker on Friday night.
I have a feeling Nathan will launch an aerial raid on Mansour’s wing on Friday.

All and sundry know his limitations under the high ball.

There is every chance Sauce will be ambushed, much like the game in Dubbo where I think 5 of our tries were on his wing.

Di, you asked me why? I have given you reasons why.

Neither you or the other members of the Charlie Staines fan club want to visit the issue, the silence is deafening I have simply pointed out why our coach is not continuing to select Charlie Staines. It is what it is.

We are unlikely to figure in the big dance without our number one player in Nathan Cleary and far less chance with Charlie Staines on the wing, Bellamy and Co will reap the rewards if Ivan was to continue with Charlie.

Ive said I would continue with him, but I am aware of the reasons why Ivan can’t.
I responded to that exact comment of hers saying Naden is an NRL quality player. Not sure what more you want. Your assertion Staines would be exploited by Bellamy is silly though. We had the best right edge defence in the comp with him on the wing.

Hopefully it is just about wanting to get some gametime in Momo just in case
What about getting our best right centre some game time in his position?

Clearly Ivan is second guessing himself again and gonna drop the competition by f**king up what was working to get us there.

I'll be impressed if Momirovski can break his record and get the ball to his winger 3 times in a match. We're just taking Crichton completely out of the game by throwing him on the wing outside of Momirovski

There were times Crichton was in centre through the game. I don't know if Ivan knows what to do with Crichton. His verstatility hurts him here

Experiment with him shifting to fullback for sets.

To'o left wing
Burton left centre
Critter right centre

Should not even be considered changing.

Edwards is our best fullback but limited so i dont mind if we try to drop Crichton or Burton to fullback for set plays. Or Staines if he's in the side.

I dont mind us experimenting with right wing to see if we can get more from it either. But not at the expense of weakening right centre.

Critter on right wing is wasted, right centre is weakened and it's just ridiculous when Critter hasnt had much time to settle in to his role.

If the team hadn't been so disrupted since origin it would have been a good idea to rest and rotate some players.
The players should know where they are playing and who is defending next to them.
It's a guessing game at the moment.
The team should be stabilised and left alone to rebuild combinations.

Amusing topic, was hoping for more shit losing when the team came out though.

Staines is pretty good defensively, but like all things in his game it's trending downwards. He's low on form and confidence. His worst defensive efforts were most recent and not first grade standard. Crichton is a surer bet defensively.

Crichton hasn't played to a level where moving him is much of an issue. We don't go right so often and wingers have more freedom to roam, so hopefully this gets him in the game more, he's good in the middle of the park.

Hoping May gets the run in front of Naden.

And this will be what the fifth instalment this season in the Souths are pretenders series? But people still getting conned.

I think Staines will be back for finals. Crichton will be the right centre.

If Ivan sees Crichton left centre and Momo right centre long term. Then while Staines has a rest I am ok with the decision but if Ivan thinks this is the best combination come finals then someone needs to do a welfare check

Murray, Yeo and Radley are very under rated for their sides attack
Yeo and Radley seem to have permission to manage the run/pass option.

They get it at first receiver use their top notch footy instincts to immediately decide to run or pass based on what's in front of them.

Both are good at getting the quick play the ball if they choose the run as well.

James Graham seemed to bring the ball playing middle back in vogue and Yeo/Radley have perfected it.
