Round 24 V Storm

This week’s team is very similar to the team that narrowly defeated the Cowboys last week. The team is coming into this game with three straight wins and will be looking to continue on their winning ways.
This will be another tough game for the boys against a very consistent Melbourne Storm outfit, so they will need all fans and members to get out on Monday night and cheer them on.

After having the bye last week, the Panthers NSW Cup team will be back in action this week at Leichhardt Oval against the Mounties.
Having already wrapped up the minor premiership, the boys will be out to continue their impressive defensive displays of late which have seen them concede just 12 points in their last 2 games.

Trent Barrett has also named a similar team to the one that put on an impressive display last week against the Cowboys which saw the team register its 4th win in a row.
Peter Tia Tia is the only inclusion to the team this week as young Soni Luke retains his spot at halfback after an impressive debut.
This match is another important one for the team as they now sit in 7th place but play the 9th placed Storm who are only 2 points behind. They will need the home crowd to get out early and support them as they make their charge towards the finals.

I expect changes come game day.
No news yet on Segeyaro but on Twitter 4-6 weeks seems to be floating around.

I've been impressed with Robinson since he's been back in. Will be sorry to see him go.

Robinson is quality. I am a bit sad he is leaving. If he wasn't so unfortunate with injuries at the wrong times I think he would have been a permanent fixture in the top 17 for a while now.

I don't think Cleary rates him all that highly. He did move him on from the Warriors, and now it looks like he is doing the same here.

I think robbo knows he is down the pecking order and wants to go somewhere (titans) where he likely get more game time.
I like him but in all honesty he is behind the likes of Cartwright, peachey and Taylor

He would have started the year in first grade for mine. His two extended stints in first grade were quality. In any case, he's exactly the type of player we aren't going to keep for long. Can get a good run elsewhere but is fringe/depth here.

Robinson was killing it in Cup before this call up, I'd say our best at the time, needs to show that kind of attacking form in first grade, needs more ball first.

honestly, i wouldnt mind resting Sege for next game against Storm just to be extra sure. id rather Sege play Manly than Melbourne personally. Melbourne will look to attack sege's injury with their "legit" tackling methods.

Id rather him not play this week as well, Not really a must win game and there is a good chance he could re injure it, then we are well and truly f**ked. Not worth this risk imo.

Give Kingston a run.

If the ankle's just bruised or something, if he can't damage it further, then keep him out there. Our finals campaign starts now. We need top 4 to be any chance.
If Segs has already declared himself fit, how bad can it be?
