Gotta agree with you Chachi ... we've yet to see the best from Weyman ... he wouldnt be too expensive to keep at the club either

That's right Bay56 - the bloke loves the joint and is finally starting to get some relief from a series of major injuries. I have no idea how you can write someone off like that so early in their career.

If we win this week and are still a mathematical chance of getting to 8th I'll have to tell my Director he can go get f**ked for organising his 50th birthday on the same day as a Raiders home game cause I'm not going

You mean sorta like Shayne Webke?

Weyman has got what it takes and I've seen him rip the opposition apart when he is on his game - carrying 4 defenders on his back for metres. When he is focussed and agressive he is a great impact player. The ability is there, he just needs to do it consistently IMO and work on his offloading.

People forget he is a 23 year old prop and has still played less than 50 first grade games (just because he looks 40). We haven't seen anywhere near the best of Weyman, nor should we have expected it this early in his career.

I can't believe you have mentioned Weyman in the same breath as mentioning Webke.

Webby was a much more mobile forward then Weyman is. I know Webke came to the Broncs a bit less mobile but he also is one of the best props the game has seen. He also didn't have the injuries that Weyman seems to get very frequently.

Maybe flicking him was a bit harsh but he is definately someone i would not want in my top 17 until he gets that mobility and stops having those brain snaps.

On Tilse, i think you guys are very hipocritical. You talk up Weyman while dishing Tilse. While Tilse does not run with the ferocity of Weyman. He does alot of work in Defence and for a big fella gets off the ground for a semi-quick play-the-ball and looks for the offload as well. I am not saying he is a great prop but i think his efforts on the field are more positive then Weyman's have been. Tilse is only 23 as well by the way.

Jesus Christ....did you see who got the game?

If Souths scoring that last try the other night wasn't a stake in the heart then Hayne's appointment as ref digs a little deeper.

Does anyone recall the last game Canberra played up there? Remember the bullsh*t decisions that didn't go your way?
I was anti-raider around that time and even then the refs preformance that night upset me.

BRS will win this purely on the ref being number 14 for the Broncos. It's as simple as that.

But most of all.....enjoy yourselves. Have fun. It will be eventful.

I can run a play on BRS if you want my insight. Want me to tell you their main attacking goal?

Sorry mate.. sounds like I'm singling you out. My point is that with most of our forwards, they are yet to peak. Tilse is in the same boat as weyman. He gets a hard time but if your a 'stat man', it would suggest that he's been on of this seasons better players. Still cops a rubbishing here though?
That's cool. I admit I've dished my fair share of Tilse and Purtell bagging in the past, but I do chuck in a few posts like that to cover myself in such situations!

It's a sneaky form of sitting on the fence, don't you think?
