Its still way to early to judge where we will fit in right now. Last year we didn't go close to Roosters or Souths in the regular season, but come finals time we managed to beat Roosters.

A win would obviously be better, but a loss will just show us where we need to.improve.

We made about eleventy billion errors and were on the back foot for a lot of the time but we still made a game of it. Not too upset, especially since it really should have only been a 2 point loss. Obviously some things we need to improve but the Roosters have got a pretty excellent side.

You really have to play good football to beat the Roosters.
Unfortunately too many error didn't allow us to build any pressure.
Injury to Segs didn't help either.
Still to lose by 8 after having a try disallowed is not that bad.

Played shit, out muscled, out enthused, line speed was crap, kick chase average, a million errors. Still proved hard to beat, everyone should improve next week.

Cleary needs to fix the left hand defence, was very poor.

Considering we were missing Sowie, had a fair try disallowed and dropped the ball about 3000 times, we did well to only go down by 8 points to a team tipped to be there on grand final day.

Thought we did very well. Take put referee f**k ups and its 3 tries a piece. We matched it with Roosters, we just didnt get the rub of the green. Mansour was very solid for his first game. Aside from a terrible read on the first Roosters try, he was our best IMO.

Our pack was solid also, against a much bigger/tougher pack. We did well at stopping them and Bulldogs for a big period of the games. Hopefully we can get themto do it for 80 minutes soon.
