Round 3 vs Sharks

I'm hoping we to play with a bit of flair againstthr shonks. Fewer usual hit-ups for 5 and kicks on the 6th. No side running from drummy half pass back to a straight runner who gets lined up and smashed gaining 8 metres (or simply drops the ball again, usually in our half). I'd love to see a sweeping backline movement where Lomax doesn't have to fight out of a tackle. Oh, and I'm hoping the Easter bunny brings me lots of chocolate eggs! 😀😀
we are certianties this week...its an us vs them feeling and i think the players will bonbd together...

We have an excellent State Of Origin hooker in the team so we use a utility back with next to no experience at hooker but plenty of experience in the halves. Hooker is arguably the most important position on the field, it all starts with your 9.

Hopefully Burgess runs on on Thursday night and we get our act together for once and snag the 2 points even though we're down on troops. I'm not as confident as I was two days ago but if we show the same passion as last week but with half the errors we should get the win. I don't hate Cronulla as much as many on here, I spent pretty much all my teen years surfing there but little brothers need to be kept in their place. Wish I could be there to boo McInnes in person. Also, Sims isn't a prop or lock, should start with JDB or Kerr.

It is starting to look similar to last year's bench - not including Gosiewski.

Not having the 8 players mentioned by Big Rig shows weakness now in our depth. Having Mbye on the bench was handy - hope he will be ok for the full game.

I am worried now with what the Sharks will do to us.
Well I'm not a Kerr fan.Last weekend he played better, but Ford, he's a shocker.
Ben Hunt needs a good game, he's been very disappointing.

Kerr has played very well first two rounds
Probably because he’s had a simple job.
Run straight, hard, get a quick play the ball & most importantly don’t drop the bluddy ball 🙄
Exactly...he's been better because he's cut the errors out and he is being used properly. I always said he makes a perfect impact front-rower off the bench...bring him on after 20 mins when the sting comes out of the game, look for him to run hard through the middle, find his front and get a quick play the ball...Keep it simple...It was silly to try and turn him into a edge forward who plays long minutes and look for him to create something...

As long as he keeps the errors out of his game he'll be very good for us this year.

Very weak bench. IMO Kerr needs to pull his finger out, roll his sleeves up and use his size and run hard. Ford and Gosiewski are NSW Cup players and all the talk all off season was about the forward depth the Dragons have and it's round 3 and all the depth is gone. Need this win because we could be 1/5 heading into the ANZAC Day clash :(

Looks like Hook who is apparently very stubborn has realised this & so far he’s using him to his strengths.
