Feel for you blokes, we have been there where you are now. I don't understand your coaches selections, they make no sense.
You have some talented players but they aren't playing as a team.
We were hot tonight, I think we beat anyone tonight they way we played, we completed at 88% and had 55% possesion.

Dragons are good at bringing out the best in other teams and the worst in ours.
I can handle losing when we've been up for it.

I said we'd get flogged if this was Hook's new line-up. He bought McCullough back in which I thought would help but then he puts Mbye at fullback. The Dogs were so desperate to replace Mbye they got Dufty, When we got Mbye I thought he'll be good experience in Reserves teaching the younger guys, I honestly didn't think he'd play first grade but here we are.
So many aspects I could whinge about in that performance but what's the point, you saw what I saw, we're fooked.

Great sportsmanship and appreciate the sentiment, honestly, but I really don't see where these brighter days are coming from. Been kind of promised that for a while, and after the last two weeks it is clear the coach has no idea and this club will continue to fail in player development and player acquisition plus the fundamentals of coaching. When I say I could do a better job I mean it.

For years I have said ( Gitano more forcefully haha) that Zac is a very ordinary centre. I get a bit of stick from Zac’s fan club but less now in his 5th unremarkable season.Lacks dash, drops balls coming out of our half, gets owned by class centres. poor tonight other than two good goals. His flicks passes can go anywhere. About one in 8 centre reasonably for Rava to catch. I think he still has 3 seasons on $600k plus?

Blake Laurie is as courageous as they come but that’s it. In fairness, in that late melee he did his block because the Parramatta player forearmed him in the head. Otherwise he is a slow lumbering chap without an offload.

Parra were red hot tonight though and very mediocre from us....Hook did shuffle our spine around so we were always going to find it hard to win against the likes of Mitchell and Gutherson et al. ....one can only hope that we can learn from these hidings.

Probably all said but bugger me that was depressing. Parramatta were on fire but we were, again, disjointed and error prone.
I really fear our time as a top club, if not already gone is fading fast. There are clearly a top 4 or 5 sides then the also rans. Can you imagine a Storm or Roosters side playing like we did?
Telling for me was according to the commentators we have only won two of our last 13 games- both against the Warriors. I’m not a coach or a player, just a long time fan but this is a results business and we aren’t getting results. Some serious changes needed for mine.

I hear ya mate. I’m one of the most negative supporters out there. And I’m sick of being right. I want this team to prove me wrong. But year after year they prove me right with the piss poor coaching, the piss poor player recruitment, piss poor player selection And extending the coach’s contract before a game has been played this year. That one was the icing on the cake. This team is run by dinosaurs living in the 1969s

I've decided it's too painful to watch them.

I was unlucky enough to watch the second half we were a rabble mbye no better than sloan , bird not a 5/8 why ford over burgess when we need size and potentially go forward .... and enough said about our slow hooker.. Honestly sometimes I thought I was watching our dumb plays from a few years ago we have gone backwards since the charity shield . Throw flanagan in to help in some way ... Now what do we do for next week as we went backwards with these changes and from what i saw mbye was playing like a link in attack so we had absolutely no body waiting on an offload so why crucify sloan ..... what was served up in that 2nd half was pathetic , no teamwork no communication no go forward NO NOTHING ... It was like Mary was in charge ... absolutely pathetic and reserves get lapped so where do we get inspiration as I think Hook has just found he has nothing left ..
