Only if it's a win. THEN I'll be happy. Playing well without winning, isn't good enough. We need to make up some ground.

Cole, Blaize and Toelau also have a combined total of 11 NRL games in the halves. Toelau and Talagi are not noted defenders and we've conceded 30 points per game. I don't think its such a shock that Ivan would go conservative here, its entirely consistent with basically every call he's made for half a decade. I'm more surprised he named Toelau at 7 over Schneider to start with, but maybe he also wants to see what he's got in the halves behind Nathan.

He is one of those guys that is too good for NSW Cup. Not good enough for NRL but likely carves a nice career in ESL

So then start Schneider.
The way Ivan uses or doesn't use a 14. The 14 isn't getting on anyway but if a back goes down then we are back to Garner at centre while a 14 goes unused. Talagi solves that issue

Give them more experience by picking them. Picking an inferior player because of experience is silly.

If Blaize is better than a reserve grader wouldn’t he be playing better than Brad at the cup level? Cause all reports suggest his first two cup games weren’t great

Our team is gradually being stripped of talent with 2022 being the high point. The back up 7's have been all about the same level and the shit Schneider is getting doesn't really make sense. He's a career Cup level player
