their team is as expected bar the extras on the bench. we can beat them but as always, on paper, their pack is far superior to ours. if we give our backs a chance there is no reason we can't win this. the big weekly if, really.

The Dale Copley Song:

Pay, we say paayyyy-ooooo
Kick Broncos a^& and we go back home!

Jarrod Mullen say Knights win come...
Win will come when we drop the bomb
Put up bombs til Copley knock em on
Win will come when we drop the bomb

Come Mr Copley, turn over that ball
Jarrod Mullen gonna bomb his wing
Come Mr Copley, turn over that ball
Broncos cry when we drop the bomb.

Lift one bomb
Two bomb
Three bomb four!
Uate will have fun when Mullen drops da bomb.
Six bomb
Seven bomb
Eight bomb GONE
Doogy Missile knocking at your door.

Pay, we say paayyyy-ooooo
Take two points and we go back home!

Not a football (soccer) fan then? haha.

Thaiday and Henant are the ones to watch, rather Sam at prop and not on the fringes (from our POV). I'd start Mark T if he is fit to keep em in line.

Pretty confident we should win this one with Isaac back.

nope, not a soccer fan. i will reluctantly tolerate it, and i don't mind the world cup... but i won't often go out of my way to watch it.

LOL, hey come on stranger things have happened. The Broncos are not even a patch on what they were 5-10 seasons ago ! and who would have ever tipped Cronulla to beat St George the other week ?

Hooker Isaac De Gois (thumb) and prop Mark Taufua (finger) will have medical checks today.

Fullback Shannon McDonnell and back-rower Con Mika, who were rested after being concussed the previous week, should be available.

Well, i care about 2 of the four players mentioned... I think Taufua and De Gois will be huge additions if fit. Swap for Karawana and Tolar and suddenly we are looking very strong in the forwards

Coal & Allied Newcastle Knights Head Coach Rick Stone has named an unchanged team to take on the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium this Monday night.
Assistant Coach Craig Sandercock is looking forward to a big game against the Broncos, who sit at the top of the table after four competition rounds.
“We’re expecting a tough, physical contest there,” Sandercock said.
“We’re shaping up pretty well, there are a few bumps and bruises... but the boys are in good spirits today and hopefully will be right to go come Monday night.”
