His body type he may even be a 13. My point was in that role he is a bum

Yeah I get it it's the same end result and all that. I hate a player is in this position due to a stubborn fool with a big ego. Either him or Burton needed a genuine 7.

Toby Sexton is a genuine 7. The dogs were a much better side with him in than out. You don’t need the best 7 in the comp to win one. Some really puzzling decisions have been made at the dogs. The dogs won a comp with Sherwin at 7 and more recently made GFs with Kris f**king Keating and Trent Hodgkinson at 7.

I couldn’t give a rats if they ended up finishing stone motherless this season but they need to decide who their halfback should be. And it most definitely should not be Lachlan Galvin.

Nail on the head. Fogarty had raiders minor premiers etc. You just need someone to organise so the talent can do it's thing.

Dogs in trouble, if they dig in and make this game a fight or god forbid beat us then i think they will be able to sort it out internally, if they fold like the Storm did then i think it won't get better until Ciraldo, Gus or a number of top line players are moved on. Im not even talking about the score really, they could make a fight of it for the first half and then still lose by 40 they way we are playing, but its just if the have a go. Justin Horro is saying being on the sideline as they warmed up there was no connection and it was concerning to him just watching them, troubling signs.

Just for perspective, the Dogs lost to a team that has the all time top try scorer, Latrell, Walker, Graham, Wighton, Murray and Kolamatangi. South’s are a good team and may become a great team as the season progresses, yet the Dogs were right in it because their defence is so good. The injury to Critta rattled them and South’s at full strength are too good not to exploit it. With Bennett calling the shots, they can be right in amongst it during the finals this year.

Our game won’t be easy, their line speed will keep our go forward in check, just like it did last time we played them. Xerri is a good replacement for Critta and will help keep their edge defence strong. I still expect us to win, but a 40 point flogging seems like a stretch to me.

You make some good points about Souths but for mine they are injury and suspension prone, their strike weapons are on old legs and their bench is not really strong.

Our perceived new style of attack by shifting to the edges quickly will eventually catch the notoriously lazy Souths players out.

The Dogs on the other hand will keep coming at us and if they get it right and stop making simple errors then the contest will be tighter than what we've been in this year.

Personally, I'd like to blow them off the park, but it's time for all sides to start playing their own Grand Final when they come up against us, even this early in the season.

The Dogs lack go forward in their middles. But they do get a real boost when Tupouniua comes on. I think the Dogs will be much better this week but we should still win 13plus.

The dogs have scored just 69 points in 4 games (ave 17). Only beating the Dragons in attack.

They have lost their best player in Crighton.

All they have is a Galvin short ball to Preston. Thats their goto play.

We win easily if we play half as good as we have played this year.

Another 13+ game should we play as we have been. A night game with some dew might keep it a bit closer, but a 29 degree day on Thurs by all accounts.

I just loathe homebush these days.

I've been enjoying the road trips to Parra. But nothing excites me about Homebush.
It’s our second spiritual home. We have won Five Grand Finals there. It’s where we go to pay homage to the greatest EVER NRL side.

Ivan has still mostly been ranking the players he'll actually use 14-17. Freddy needs to be rewarded for how good he w

I think it’s fair to say that Cogger is a better Dummy half than Freddy is a half back.

Freddy needs to bide his time, that’s what players in our system do. He’ll get game time as required.

Our bench is awesome .strike through it .I don’t give a rats about how much we win by just win no injuries move onto the next week
If we get lucky a few teams just behind us lose and we get to stretch the lead out
