How the f**k am I going to sleep tonight hahah heart is still racing!

honestly though WTF happens with 30minutes to go in the game? We go away from our hard running ball playing style (cause we have a lead) and We f**king switch off and concede every week same time!! Then they gain momentum.
So lucky to have held on. I think Flanno needs to come on sidelines every second half.

Few missed chances in the first 40 but we’re definetly a threat in attack!
So many decks shuffled with injuries & HIA.
Loko or Latu to play next week with Stewart iut
I agree, I see Flanno on the sidelines and I know we are going to be on.

Not the prettiest win but a win we needed, don't think the team can handle another close loss. Manly looked the better side in that second half but glad we held on. I feel a bit more confident in our defence this year.

Good game from sloan also. His kick-chase has been good. Hit n stick a couple times this year has been good. Just keep scoring tries.

Couchman another elite game from him. Val has been a great buy but he's gotta cut those errors out of his game.

Quarter of the way through the season and we’ve been in every game, with really consistent effort and improvement. We’ve lost two we should have won and we could have lost tonight too, but wr showed some real steel.

Too right mate. Many of us (myself included) had "being and staying competitive in every game" on our 2025 wishlist. So far we're ticking that box - though sometimes unneccessarily!

That’s what we were looking for pre season.

It’s good to get the wins you could have lost. Two weeks ago we gave up 12 points against Parra.

Tonight we hang tough in spite of some similar mistakes. Shows we are improving.

Is not perfect and I still question some decisions Flanno makes, but he’s not just handing blokes starts. He’s making them hungry to get in there and desperate to stay in.

We are on the up.

Finally.

Another gritty win. I like the direction we are headed in. Still plenty of work to do. We will win plenty more but also likely to lose plenty more in the process... but as long as we don't get blown off the paddock we should be fine.

The value of Gutho, Cookie and Val is really shining through in terms of leadership on the field and the way we attack.

Looking forward to having the injured and suspended forwards back on the field in a few weeks, to give us some more options and depth.

Ilias cops a bad wrap, but I'll heap some praise on the guy. He's a tough hombre, especially the way he puts his body on the line in defence. Copped a heavy knock on his leg, but got up and kept going. He will probably make some more errors, and it will frustrate us and draw criticism from those who like to critique... but he will keep picking himself up and come back for another go.
