A couple of suspensions, but I feel we welcome back the skipper.
Surely, Max comes in to the team at wing.

1. Dufty
2. Ramsey
3. Bird
4. Lomax
5. Feagai (Max)
6. Norman
7. Hunt
8. Lawrie
9. McCullough
10. Vaughan
11. Kerr
12. Sims
13. Fuimaono

14. Clune
15. Alvaro
16. Maguire
17. Burns/Ellis

Tigers will be desperate now that their coach is under the gun (or will they).

Intetestingly we are still in 6th spot on the ladder a win actually gives us some space.

This would be close, maybe switch Kerr Burns.
I can't see the point of Clune on bench now Hook has used Bird in halfs.
14 Poasa

18 Clune
19 Ellis
20 Ford
21 Feagai Matt
And that's all we have available.
The cupboard is bare.

Selections take the back seat to addressing the current major issues with lethargy the last two weeks. How can we get right up into the face of Parramatta and pressure them with our aggressive defence and then with the Roosters (and in the Charity Shield v Bunnies) wait for them to come to us and then try and cling onto them?

What's the secret? It's chalk and cheese at the moment and still have PTSD from the Mary days. It can't continue, sure Hook won't allow it.

I take your point but it doesnt say much for our prospects into the future when we are expecting a so called ambush from The Tigers...if we cant beat these blokes then we may as well give it way

A club in crisis or a club that has just been flogged always plays better the next week. They are both in crisis and were flogged...watch them come out to play next week. A couple of week’s ago they almost beat the high flying Rabbitohs. All I’m saying is, we need to treat this as a danger game.

Dragons v Wests Tigers: Hunt's high hopes; Leilua break feared

The Dragons have well and truly come back to earth after their heady four-game win streak had them in the upper reaches of the eight and the talk of the town.

St George Illawarra's winning run had been built on the back of their forwards out-muscling opposing packs but the Warriors flipped that script on its head in round six before Sam Walker and the Roosters blew the Dragons away on Anzac Day.

Anthony Griffin has plenty of work ahead of him to reignite that bully boy spark.

But as difficult as that assignment may be his counterpart Michael Maguire faces a challenge of another magnitude following Wests Tigers' ignominious collapse after a strong start against Manly.

Dragons v Wests Tigers /
The rundown
Team news
Dragons: Captain and playmaker Ben Hunt is on track to make his return from a broken leg this round after almost getting to the starting gate for the Anzac Day confrontation with the Roosters.

With no other reinforcements on the horizon the Dragons are going to have to find the necessary improvement within themselves if they are to get back to winning ways.

Tigers: Centre Joey Leilua may have broken a thumb in NSW Cup on Sunday with the club awaiting the results of scans before announcing the extent of the damage.

The joint-venture club likewise must find the solutions to its dire predicament within the current playing group.

Key match-up
Matt Dufty v Daine Laurie: Laurie has been one of the high points of Wests Tigers' season. While other problems have emerged around him, Laurie hasn't needed very long to make the No.1 jersey his own for years to come. On his day Dufty is a match-winner, he just needs to make those days come around with greater regularity.

Stat attack
Wests Tigers play-makers Luke Brooks and Adam Doueihi will have to get their kicks away quickly with the Dragons (three, tied with Penrith) and second-rower Tariq Sims (two) leading the league in charge-downs.

Our forwards are better than theirs. We have Corey Norman but they have Luke Brooks. Tigers outside backs have been rubbish. They hate their coach, we still like ours. Surely we've got this.
I remember before the Warriors game looking at the team sheets, form, home ground etc and thinking just this, surely we beat this team and go top 4.
Then they completed 41/41 and we didn’t show up.

Get the guys energy levels back up and get them to watch a replay of their game against the Eels.
More effort equals more rewards.
Toughen up and reduce errors including repeat sets. This has to be a no nonsense committed game by our guys and never give up attitude from now on. It is their
