Kade Ellis didn’t play a minute, and hetherington only 19. You can’t carry 2 passengers like that.

That Merrin injury hurt us bad.

Thats 100% on the coach though.

Hetherington was good while on and Ellis is decent.

Hook just hates giving minutes to new guys. Egan has rotted on the bench heaps and Kikau did the ssme last year

Great second half despite all the injuries. We can play a lot better but I dont the Cowboys can.
Hopefully we don't get any more refereeing performances like that one.
Even the Fox commentators called so many passes from the Cowboys as forward that were let go!
4 tries a piece despite the refs was good.

Fullback is nowhere near our biggest concern at the moment. DWZ can improve in those areas he is flawed in.. this happened in 2015. He started poorly at 1 and was great after 4or 5 weeks.

I’m calling it now - we are gonna make the finals and we are going to be a force - the amount of injuries we have and we were down 20-0, not to mention the refs helping the cows as much as they could and we only loss by 6.

Gotta applaud the effort they never gave up.
Basically Maloney on his own up against Thurston,Morgan,Coote & Granville.Then Lolo having his best game this season.
Once Cleary is back he'll take a load of Maloney's shoulders & then Blake back also will light up the backline.

Forwards all had a great second half. I missed the first half so nothing to be sad about for me really.
