This is the video clip from the daily TV show from Republika Srpska national broadcaster. Amongst the other news and actualities from entity's capital of Banja Luka, on 8th June the report about establishment of the first RL club was shown. Unfortunately for the majority of forum members, it is all in Serbian language, but the fact that the news found their way to mainstream TV show on the national TV station should be satisfying enough for all RL supporters:

Without stereotyping, the gladiatorial aspect of league really seems to suit the mentality of this region in Europe. Would love as the game grows to see the sport become an avenue of potential healing. Perhaps an avenue to challenge people's aggressions into a more worthwhile pursuit.

Sport in that region of Europe is a way to wage proxy wars, although thats true in most of the world. Sport will never heal anything, but its a good substitute for war.

[Srbin]

Rugby League club White Rabbits from Banja Luka played first ever rugby league game in Republic of Srpska (Serbian federal republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina) vs Red Star Belgrade in front of more 300 crowd. Red Star won the game 28:6.
