So post patch is it possible to change the difficulty during a career season? I can't find it anywhere. Belting Souffs 68-0 was great but it will get boring quickly to do the same next week.

Correct. In the main menu of career. Go to the records tab (the last tab on the right). Once in there press Y/triangle and you can change all game settings

Are there any mods with 2013 squads and new players out for the ps3? I could make teams myself, but I'm pretty lazy.

Had the most exciting game in my season 2 (2013)

Playing as Parramatta, I have 9-10 players out for rep duty. Basically the whole backline and half the forwards (mostly backrowers)

I was playing Manly who was missing almost no-one (Kite only)

I got out to an early lead but butchered it and trailed at half time then they put on a few early in the second half and they led 28-12. I scored to go 28-18 then on their line put Tim Mannah over the line in the 68th minute but he knocks on over the line

I scored through Troy Savage in the 76th minute. Then a big run from Brendan Waters got me in range for a bomb. Brett Stewart gets the bomb and a huge cover tackle from Jake Mullaney stops him going 95m for the try and he also takes him out (79th minute) from the scrum a long pass to Ryan Morgan who stands up Matai and dives over and Mullaney kicks the goal out wide to win it 30-28.

This is why I love this game, it gives you so many stories.

And Atkins.

My first season three quarter line was Morgan, Atkins, Blair and Loko with Sio rotating through.

Now I have all of them and Lawrence from the Tigers in season 2.

Also, may I add Lasalo in the backrow is great too.

Starting to bring through Mullaney and Savage now.

Can I ask who is Taotua (1/2) Is he a real player because I've never heard of him.

Is anyone well into career mode say 5th or 6th year? What's your team looking like? I'd be interested to see what some teams look like after several years.

6. Terry Campese
7. Josh McCrone
8. David Shillington

Only other name of note that I've purchased would be Aaron Woods.

Because the Raiders have such a young side, there hasn't been much need for a lot of purchases.

I've just bought the game. It is a big improvement on the previous games that I played and is solid. I dont really notice much of a difference in the way each team plays or their strengths and weaknesses. Will that change as I become more accustomed to the game?

I also don't seem to get much use out of my centres or my fullback, who doesn't really play like a full back would in the NRL by working into the backline. I find I am pretty much playing by barging and fending my way to the try line.

It would have been nice if more work were put into player ratings. I prefer career mode and it takes the fun out of "scouting and signing" good young players because there is not guarantee that they have been rated in accordance with how the majority of NRL followers would rate them.

With all that said Bigant should be commended for putting together a game that is really playable. I can imagine it would be great fun with a group of mates. I look forward to future editions of the game and hope they can work a bit more depth into it. The only thing that really shits me with it is catching a bomb, which is plain geniused.

You'll like it the more you play.

I notice the difference in teams style mainly when playing against the Warriors or Bulldogs. And probably the Titans as they cant tackle out wide at all but have fast backs.

In regards to fullbacks, tend to agree. I mainly just move the likes to Brett Stewart to the wing to get them involved.
