Charlie...cheers.

Yeah, I am familiar with the year in reveiw books from Middleton and have purchased or been given most yearly reviews since 1989.

Thanks again, look forward to buying before Chrissy!

Charlie...check eBay, 2nd hand book stores are a certainty for at least a few of the reviews that readers have sold. I got lucky, my father has brought the majority with the earliest being 89' with Mal Meninga on the front. I also picked up a couple from mates.

 Maybe there is room for a thread for those interested in trading/selling old League related books/mags etc.

Happy to help

Oh did I mention the borrowing fee?

Funny you should talk about the fee. Im sure it's not even near half as much as borrowing a DVD. ;-)

You wouldn't!

Picked RLR up today at lunch and it's a pretty good read. Although they could have come up with a better pic for the front page instead of Mellor and Dykes standing there like stunned mullets.

The international section is pretty good, but the NSW Country pages were a bit disappointing. Anyway, a top read. Heaps more info that the RLW new edition.

Same here, but saw Dykes on the cover, so I bought 2 copies, as I want one intact and one to go on the dartboard!
