Is it so hard for you to believe that he wanted out and couldn't get a contract (that he felt attractive) anywhere else? If he was so talented, desirable, enthusiastic and coachable don't you think The Storm, The Dragons, Brisbane, Parra etc etc would have thrown their hat in the ring? He signed with Canberra because NOBODY ELSE WANTED HIM INCLUDING THE SHARKS. And when you consider how bare the cupboard is at Cronulla with regards to outside backs, that should tell you more than enough about what kind of bloke and player he is.

That and the fact that somebody who knows, told me his manager was in our offices. I stand by my sources and info.
