Today From SMH - "Warriors cult hero Suaia Matagai is set to be granted a release within a matter of days to join a yet-to-be-named Sydney club."

Let's hope it is us. He is just the sort of front rower we need.

As much as we are lacking quality fg props we dont really need reserve grade props. If it is us i dont think we would do it without planning on him playing fg at some point this year.

He signed with the Roosters. Didn't think it was us interested in him, he wouldn't have been a first grader if we signed him. We seem pretty set on the front row being from Kite, Plum, McKendry, Latimore, RCG and Manu. It's really amazing that RCG somehow cracked our pack.

Would have gone the same way that Anderson, BMM and Sopoaga have gone. Would only ever get a run if a heap of players ahead of him was injured. We seem to like to cycle through the same players regardless of form.

Casty jokes aside French Juniors always compete well with the best in the world. Last week their Under 18's beat England who from memory beat the Australian Schoolboys. Could do a lot worse then picking off a few French youngsters.
